  • No. You shall swallow the whole liquid gel capsule, without chewing or crushing.

  • No. The active ingredient, docusate sodium, do not act directly on your guts, as a stimulant laxative, instead it increases the amount of water in the stool, making stools softer and easier to pass.

  • Yes. You can take this stimulant-free laxative at any time, with or without food and dairy products.

  • No. Do not use if you are presently taking mineral oil, unless told to do so by a doctor.
